Abstract: As a means of experiment ,hardware in the loop simulation has many advantages, such as decreasing development time,saving money and well repeatability. At present, it has become a primary means of developing HEV controllers. Loading the existed vehicle models into the dSPACE board, while using physical electronic load and programmable power to simulation motor model, that constitutes the hardware in the loop simulation platform, and realize the testing of the performance and control strategy of the HEV. The aim of the interface circuit we did is to achieve the communication and control between the programmable power, the dSPACE board and the electronic load. Using the MC9S12DB128BCPV as core to build the around interface circuit which include the D / A converter, CAN and SCI Communications, digital input and output, etc. the circuit we design is reasonable and anti-interference. So it can meet the need.
