As the economy developing fast, many enterprises’ information is growing increasingly as well as their conference daily. Managing conference by human is a waste of time and also has low efficiency. The modern society is a society of assembling digital, the net and information. So developing a conference management system can improve efficiency of managing conference, reduce costs of working, lighten the burden of managers. It has important significance for enterprises to carry out the informative managing and modernize work way.
The Conference Management System contains seven major components: conference management, conference message sender, conference query, conference show, user management, logging query and user password change. This thesis talked about the concept, origin, definition and sort of the Conference Management System. It analyses the system’s work principle. And the stress point is focused on how to design the components of system.
While developing the system, I considered carefully on code designing and database selecting. Under relative safe prerequisite, more promote intelligence about conference managing, decrease human operates, enhance efficientance and accuracy of information transmission.
