Abstract
This paper is to explore Feng Min-chang, the Great Confucian scholar and incorruptible offical in the period of Qing Dynasty, was gradually influenced by Confucianism under the family education since his childhood. “vulgar filthy treats as the whereabouts” heads of his life shame, during the self-growth he payed great attention to being honest and ambitious. He widely becomes sincere friend of the incorruptible officials, and comprehended the truth meaning and purpose of being an official through his good teacher and helpful friend influence. The paper showing that He have a kindly heart, and some good quality such as competent, professional, law-abiding, fair and wisdom. He does not have the wealth although he serves as an official for decades year.And the thesis lays emphasis on how does his works and honest effect on promote education, against the royal government, and make the country prosperous, make common people rich. His honesty idea and thought sent fresh wind to corrupt and luxurious officialdom of that time continuously, and set a good example for combating corruption, self-discipline in both that time and present. And provided precious theory on guiding the local government to build an incorruptible politics in cultural construction.
