By understanding and analysis of library recent status, combining with the real business existing in library management and by simplying the system, getting the basic process of library business, design and develop the library data maintenance management system. Using eclipse as development environment, MySQL as database, Tomcat as the server and Tomcatplugin as the configuration plug-in to achieve the MVC mode under B/S architecture. The system has a running efficiency, with outstanding scalability, availability and serviceability, and greatly reduces the system coupling. The main content of the system is about the library data maintenance. It can meet the most library users’ daily needs about their work. At the same time, the system has a good function on the rights management, it can make sure the safety of library business infomation. This article focuses on the process of system development and the interrelated technologies. It also introduces the main functions of systems and the key technologies.
