摘要
 本文较详细地介绍PLC在给伺服电机需要完成保险期（MTBF）试验中的应用，设计一个能自动完成几种型号的伺服电机寿命试验的控制系统。要求在熟悉电机结构参数和试验要求的基础上，确定试验控制总体方案、系统工作原理，完成总体设计；再具体完成系统硬件设计、软件设计及调试、施工设计，绘出系统的梯形图，编写试验清单。该试验选用了三菱公司F1系列小型可编程控制器，对PLC系统的输入输出硬件作了配置，并且介绍了系统的软件设计。

  The Application of PLC in innorovation project of DC electrical motor for MTBF
Abstract
 This paper give a more detail introduction to the application of PLC to DC electrical motor .Which employs an F1 series small programmable controller by mitsbishio According to the control function reduired for the DC electrical motor MTBF,PLC has been configured for input and output hardwares and the systematic software design is presented, giving a system program ladder chart.
