【Abstract】Have analysed to the operation principle of the pilot system of the three-phase asynchronous electromotor auto test system and characteristic of controlling,Model S7-200 PLC which adopts German Simens Company is a controller,The PC by way of data manage、save data and pint part; Design its control system, including hardware circuit and software procedure,the mostly system is made up of PLC control system,computer manage data system and sensor system. In the system adopt the JN338 digital torque capacity revtransducer are extensive apply at the industry,the electric current of model,the temparature transducer of model Ni-1000 SOT. This design plan is rational dependa-bily is high,there is very good practicability.

mental project of the three-phase asynchronous electromotor of test method and testing of the thesis automatically , in the test systems developed , Measurement precision and accuracy of data processing that the system has improved the electrical machinery and tested greatly , reduce experimental labour intensity and test period , reduce human factor impact on result .Realization PLC test automatically really intelligentize ,PC’s data processing and curve are drawn , and can produce the experiment report automatically .
