Studying of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous-
-Motor `s design and structure
Abstract: This paper is carried out around the development of the three phase line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM), This paper consist of six parts:
The part one:the paper introduces a kinds of permanent magnet machine and permanent magnent materiale,and the studing status of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).
The part two:The paper aimed at the three phase line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (LSPMSM)accurate design and analysis,which includes many aspects: the analysis of its steady, the calculating of the steady synchronous parameters, the accurate calculation of its starting characteristic and the optimization of the structure. The testing line-start PMSM is designed the author.
The part three: A three phase line-start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (LSPMSM) is developed . The equivalent magnet circuit method has been used to optimize the structure of the three line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor . By request of designing the motor , the designof the stator configuration , airgap flux distribution and parameters of motor,and so on,are researched.An effective mathod of design is implemented,according to the result of research.
While the world stepping into the 21 century, the source exhaustion problem has to be taken into account and can make any influence on our country's development.According to the statistic, the induction motor costs 50% of the electrical power produced by the power station every year. As we know, the small induction motor always has the lower power factor and efficiency, it can cost even more electrical power. The thought has been turned into realization in 1980s since the first line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor has been made.The richer rare-earth source gives our country much more opportunity to develop the line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor.
As a new style motor . due to it`s technology superiority amd brilliant function.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is bound to gain wider space of use and development in coming new centurt.
