A Digital Control System of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Abstract:Namely along with the rapid development of power electronics technology, computer technology and automatic control technology, the electric transmission technology is being faced with a history revolution, it has become development trend that transferring speed replaces direct current accent speed and computer digital control technology replaces the simulating control technology. The electrical frequency conversion technology is one kind of major means of promotion technology to save energy and improve process flow in order to raise the product quality and improve environment. Frequency conversion is generally aknowledged by the home and abroad that it has a great future with excellent accent speed, a brake capability, extensive scope of application, high efficiency rate, great credit rate factor and joint electricity effect and other many merits.
The digital signal processor-TMS320F240 possess the quite fast operational capability , the abundantI/0 devices and interfaces. TMS320F240 is used as the core to compose the control circuit in this system. In the paper, the construct ion, software design and hardware design of full digital PMSM servo system based on TMS320F240 are represented emphatically, the coherent design scheme of control circuit and the experimental results are showed.
