NETWORK MEDIA ENVIRONMENT, CHINESE ENTERPRISES’ CRISIS PUBLIC RELATIONS MISTAKES FROM “WANGLAOJI ADDING EVENT”
ABSTRACT: Today's society, the crisis has become a normal phenomenon, from “Sanlu milk powder Incident”to “Wanglaoji adding events, crises come one after another, so the importance of public relations crisis is growing.However, current Chinese enterprises are generally weak in the sense of crisis, crisis management ability is poor,when the crisis comes, Chinese enterprises don’t know how to deal with,they or panic, or be silent. So the crisis, often turned to a disaster that can destroy a company.After “Sanlu milk powder incident”, the Sanlu Group declared bankruptcy.”Wanglaoji adding incident”, Wanglaoji is safe now, but also left many problems to the future development of Duojiabao Grop,it likes a bomb.This indicates that Chinese enterprises need to increase the sense of crisis and enhance crisis management capabilities. Most Chinese enterprises are growing up in the earlier of rform and opening up.Less capable in business administration, crisis management is still in its infancy, there is no perfect system, unable to make timely and effective response. Moreover, with the increasing development of the Internet, we now live in time that network media plays an important role. Therefore, how to enhance the sense of crisis, crisis public relations out of misunderstanding in network media environment,becomes an issue that Chinese enterprises have to solve.
