THE MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF ANTERPRISES PUBLIC RELATION CRISIS IN THE INTERNET COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT
ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of Internet technology, network communication presents a new characteristic different from the traditional media's. Some properties, such as disseminators of great quantities and wide affected ranges, are gradually emerging out, and the changes affect the management of enterprise public relations crisis deeply. This article is intended for the understanding of concepts to network communication and enterprise crisis management. Meanwhile, I’ll use various research methods to study the many deficiencies of traditional enterprise public relations crisis management. And then, the work is to summarize the multiple effects from the network communication to enterprise crisis management. At the same time, analyzed the real case, I’ll know the new direction and improved strategies of enterprise crisis management under the internet communicating situation. And, in order to promote the benign development of the enterprise public relations crisis management, the specific concrete tasks belonged to different periods must be refined.
