【Abstract】
With the social and economic development, the importance of culture is more crucial for a city. Urban unique culture as the city's important cultural capital, have become the focus of city promotion. With the cultural dissemination and the city's image in-depth study of relevant theories, a combination of both constitutes a core of ‘city card’. Linyi, as the largest prefecture-level city in Shandong Province owns a wealth of cultural resources including natural, historical and modern commerce. At present, Linyi has begun to take advantage of these cultural capitals to build their own ‘city card’, but remaining insufficiency. Therefore, how to take advantage of these cultural capitals shape the city's image better, and create Linyi’s exclusive ‘city card"’has become a major task in the development of Linyi.
