These days, Customer Relationship Management(CRM) has been payed more and more attention. This article introduces the meaning of Customer Relationship Management and the trait of environment of network, expounds the problems when people carry out it in the medium and small enterprises and the reason why these problems happen. Based on other scholars’ research, it takes the approach of Hongheng Co.Ltd for example, and gives a series of analysis strategy, so that we can reduce the barriers when medium and small enterprises carry out CRM in the environment of network and the benefit of enterprises can be proved.
