As Chinese rapid economic development，The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. On the other hand， different enterprise in order to survive in the competition， will chose different competition model to obtain a competitive advantage. But some enterprise ignored the risk in the competition pattern， only for immediate benefits. They do not pay attention on cultivating the core competitiveness of enterprises， so that the development of enterprises is in the stagnant. Therefore， we'll have to make an analysis of the enterprise competition model. We must see pros and cons， and so that we can effectively reduce risk， and specify the road for the development of the enterprise.
This research takes a Hangzhou elv enterprise which I had practice as the background， analyses the enterprise's competition model and analyzes the competition pattern of the risk， and by using theories and the reference to do the certain preventive research of the risk.
