These years, there are some phenomena of lack of honesty in the middle and small enterprises in our country. Especially we are encounted with the credibility crisis to some extent. All of these have not only influenced the healthy development of middle and small enterprises, but also affected the stability and prosperity of our economy and society. The absence of honesty is now becoming an important theory and realistic problem that need to be solved in the building of the socialist market economy.
Zhejiang is the cradle of the middle and small private enterprises. This paper mainly studies the middle and small enterprises in Zhejiang and mainly talks about the reason of the middle and small enterprises’ honesty problem. Furthermore, it proposes some strantages of forbidening this problem as follows: Firstly, it introduces some concepts of honesty in the enterprises, tells the necessity, and then analyzes the inevitability. At last, it talks about the problems of the enterprises’ (especially the middle and small enterprises in Zhejiang province) honesty with a basic of which it gives some possible resolutions.
