Then the introduced the demand analysis of the common reserve fund administrative center OA system, has made the upholstery for the design and the understanding application procedure. Third chapter introduced the main design concept of the common reserve fund administrative center OA system. Finally is the main part of this article, according to the OA system demand, first introduced in detail the system develops the platform choice the reason, finally arrives the detailed design after the outline design, completes for the overall system design.
