ABSTRACT
In recent years, grew strong unceasingly along with the small and medium-sized enterprise, human resources management is facing the stern challenge, the managerial effectiveness, fairness and transparent are more prominently demonstrated. Into the 21st century, information management system has been greatly developed in recent years with the advance of information technology, therefore, small and medium enterprises (in particular for the production-oriented enterprises) need to speed up construction of the human resources management system. Through the implementation of the human resources management system ，it improves the efficiency and the level in the management of human resources and integrates corporate resources to improve the management fair, impartial and transparency.
In this paper, the proposed human resources management system for small and medium-sized production, based on. Net platform and used of B / S structure. First, it will introduce the background and significance of human resources management system .Secondly, it will discourse its related technology. Finally ，it will be respectively discussed from the system analysis, design, implementation and so on one by one.
