With the speeding of global economic integration, market division,enterprise internationalization, marketing concept, marketing strategy and marketing model and so on which opened out in the global economy are experiencing the profound change and unceasingly carrying on the innovation. How to make the management more efficiency, marketing more fineness under the condition of resources shortage? The key is to establish the reasonable efficient marketing management model.

On this condition, the paper carried on a case analysis.
