Abstract
With the sharp Competition of Global market, various management ideals
have come into being. The ideal and model of Supply Chain (SC) and Supply
Chain Management (SCM) have become the main research field since the 1990's
Starting from the strategic management theory and SCM ideal, this
thesis brings forth the SCSM and operation model of SCSM. On the basic of
the research into the procedure of SCSM, the importance and status of appraisalstatus of appraisal in SCSM are stated. This established the basis for the appraisal and research to SCM.In the appraisal of the social economic problems, economic indexes are very important, in which the cost index is the most. This also is included in the appraisal of SCSM. Thus, the focus of this thesis lies in the centralized summarization and refinement of the cost of SC system. A cost formulation was given on this basis. This thesis given qualitative analysis to cost when the assumption is untenable .The total cost is also studied in the following part.
The competitive advantage of SC lies in the satisfactory of consumers.
Thus, the appraisal of the satisfactory of consumers is an important part in the assess of SCSM. This thesis established the index system of appraising
the consumers satisfactory and analyses them one by one.There are many other indexes which decide the character of SC, such as flexibility, simplicity and the integration of SC. They are analyzed from the point of quantitative and qualitative view and indicate the effect in the appraisal.
In the last part of this thesis, the implementing strategy of Special Vehicle Repair Manufacture Plant-Market response is the first analyzed and appraised on the basis of ideal study. The empirical study of the appraisal of the consumer satisfactory is given in this thesis.
