This paper designs and composites the control system for coin operated automatic washing machine based on PLC. It chooses the right washing methods after slipping coins into the coin operated automatic washing machine and then completes the washing process.
This paper first theoretically discusses the importance of coin operated automatic washing machine ,discusses the necessity and feasibility of coin approach, then analysis the structure and patterns of work processes of automatic washing machine, thus obtained to the number of coin-operated washing mode and select the appropriate way to complete the laundry process, combined with PLC's knowledge, we can design an automatic laundry process control system.
Based on the theoretical study, automatic washing machines were coin-operated control system design and development. This paper first outlines the overall function of the system, then attached to the system block diagram to illustrate, highlights of the system used by PLC type and I / O port allocation and working process,
Second, it discusses the detail of the program control flow and ladder realization. The design of digital integrated circuit technology-base.PLC technology as the core.
