摘要
随着电子技术的发展,可编程控制器(以下简称PLC)不断更新、发展,PLC控制是自动控制中最常见的控制方式之一。自动门就是自动控制应用的一个典型的例子。由于可编程控制器具有良好的处理自动门的开关控制及良好的稳定性,而且可以很简单的改变控制的方式,因此,自动门的生产商家很多都运用PLC来做门的控制器。目前自动门在日常生活中运用越来越广泛。
本文总共分五个章节进行叙述其软、硬件结构、工作原理等,具体如下:
第一章介绍国内外自动门的现状,本课题研究的目的和意义。
第二章主要介绍自动门控制系统方案的设计。
第三章介绍自动门的硬件系统的设计,PLC的选型,变频器的选型,系统结构,自动门控制电路,控制电路的连接。
第四章介绍系统软件的设计,PLC梯形图概述,编程软件的介绍,程序流程图,程序的编写工作。
第五章主要介绍了梯形图程序的下载,调试及结果分析。

ABSTRACT
With the development of electronic technology, the programmable logic controller (PLC) constantly updated hereafter, development and PLC control is one of the most common in automatic control. Automatic door is one of the typical example of application control applications.Because PLC has nicer effect and nicer stability in switch control, and can be very easy to change the control mode, so specialized manufacturer use PLC to make the door controller. Automatic door was more and more widely in everyday life.
This chapter describes five chapter in the software and hardware structure, working principle, specific as follows:
The first chapter is the situation at home and abroad, the automatic research purpose and meaning.
The second chapter is automatic control system scheme design.
The third chapter is automatic hardware system design, selection of PLC and frequency converter, system structure, automatic control circuit, control circuit connection.
The fourth chapter is system software design, PLC ladder-diagram programming software introduced, and the program flowchart, compiling the program.
The fifth chapter introduces how to download the ladder-diagram program, commissioning and results.
