Abstract:For the past few years, the development of small and medium garment enterprises, in the face of inefficient management, the degree of backward management, leading to instability in enterprise development, lagging behind, the brain drain, by learning advanced management thought, investigation and research, combined with the characteristics of small and medium garment enterprises, proposed targeted, scientific and humane measures and countermeasures, employees and enterprises with tightly integrated, development of staff potential. For the development of enterprises to provide a powerful reserve of human resources, to promote the sustainable development of small and medium garment enterprises, enhance the overall quality and competitiveness of small and medium garment enterprises.
