Abstract:
DA BAIYE plot belongs to the ocean, which lies in the transitional district between old city to and new city in seaside, it is also closely near the Ling Lake spot. DA BAIYE plot is not only the complex of urban housing, recreation, commerce, but also an important demonstrating interface of city image along Lingjiang. This program covers 85 hectares.
