浅析杭州市城中村改造
摘 要：“城中村”是当前我国社会发展和城市化进程中出现的一种特殊现象。研究“城中村”问题及其解决办法。不仅对于完善城市建设有一定价值．而且对于城市政治、经济和行政管理的协调发展具有重要意义。本论文的技术路线为，将国内深圳与广州现状特点与改造特点进行了具体描述还举例了一些例子说明，列举了国外英国与美国贫民窟的改造利与弊，相关的研究理论与本论文的研究对象作为论文研究的背景，并在此基础上分析杭州城中村改造背景，主要有以下几个方面如快速城市化，杭州撤村建居的发展进程以及改造实施的时序。在此基础上对杭州典型的城中村做了实证的分析：以现状概况，存在问题，改造模式，改造方案等几方面展开，并做了进一步的考察研究，最终对典型的城中村做出一个良好的方案。
