Abstract
This thesis puts importance on the present conditions of the kindergartens in the Suzhou Hi-tech Industrial District via the positivist methodology. The distinguishing features and existing problems of the kindergartens in the district will be revealed through comparison among several kindergartens. Therefore, using the successful experience on running kindergartens in other economic development zones, this thesis will provide some advice for improvement and look into the developing prospects of the local kindergartens.
