In recent years, teachers' professional thoughts gradually rise. At first, teachers' specialization for teachers overall amount slants little problems, then started to change for the pay attention to teachers' overall quality, the teachers' overall quality reached a certain level after the onset of metastasis to the teachers' internal professional growth. With the basic education reform and development, people realize, teachers are the educational quality and educational reform. Teachers of high quality is the prerequisite for high quality education, early childhood education is no exception. The quality of early childhood education depends on the teachers quality. Whether it's the modern concept of children, science education view, or early childhood education content, education method and the education reform, or the kindergarten curriculum reform value orientation, goal is to implement the curriculum of preschool teachers, so preschool teacher's professional development has been crunch time.
