Title :The study of the influence caused by psychological intervention on the survinval rate of patients with breast cancer
Abrstract
Objective:To obeserve the psychological state and survival quality of patients with breast cancer by psychological intervention,which will offer allorolance for henciny the survival rate of patients with breast cancer.
Methods:62cases of modified radical mastectomy in the surgical department of Chizhou’s No.2 hospital from 2003.1 to 2005.1 were randomized into decetaxel group (n:32)and CF group (n:30),patients in decentaxel group received psychological intervention in the base of regular tveatment,nbile patients in CF group received nothing but basic treatment Then we compared the survival rate of the two groups and found the difference.
Results:In the comparation of the survival rate of the two groups,we controled the influence of age,marriage,education background and other unequal factors.After psychological intervention,we found that the survival rate of docetaxel group was much higher than Cfgroup(p<0.05).The sunival quality in decetaxelgroup also rised remarkably(p<0.05).
Conclusion:Against the patients me can hence the survival rate and quality,and velieved their ewotion of anxiety by psychological intervention.
