论文题目：糖尿病患者的社区护理干预探讨
摘　要
 
 目的   通过对糖尿病人生活方式社区护理干预，使患者建立健康的生活方式，延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的发生和发展，提高其生活质量。
 方法  从本社区健康普查发现确诊的2型糖尿病者中随机抽出糖尿病患者68例，年龄48~75岁，无严重急慢性并发症，能进行口头及书面交流的病人，随机分为干预组35例和对照组33例作为研究对象，糖尿病病程1~10年。两组患者在年龄、体重、文化程度、生活环境、病程等方面无显著性差异（p＞0.05），具有可比性。对干预组主要采取经常性的健康教育（包括派发健康教育小册子，集中授课、定期回访、教会病人饮食控制、运动疗法、药物治疗及血糖的监测等），动态观察干预前后患者血糖。对照组不做其他干预，两组患者均随访1年。
 结果  通过实施社区护理的糖尿病患者，防病意识明显提高，经测验，他们回答糖尿病病理知识和自我护理与保健常识的正确率大多在75%以上，血糖明显下降，并发症发生率显著降低，生活不良方式明显改善，使病情的发展得到很好的控制。
 结论  对糖尿病患者生活方式进行护理干预．使患者转变不良生活方式，有助于延缓糖尿病的发展及降低急慢性并发症的发生。

 Abstract
 
 purpose： approval interferes to the diabetic life style community nursing and make sufferer's establishment healthy life style, defer the occurrence and shape of diabetes chronic complications, raise it living mass.
    method ：The random extract diabetic is 68 from this community the healthy general investigation discover to confirm of 2 of diabeteses, the age is 48~75 years old, have no severity urgently chronic complications, can carry on the patient of oral communication and written swap, random is divided into 35 interruption set 33 as research objects, the course of illness of the diabetes is 1~10 years.Two sets of sufferers show Zhao discrepancy(p>0.05) and have comparability at the age, weight, cultural degree, living environment, and course of illness...etc. none.Mainly adopt usually sexual healthy education(including delivery health education brochure, concentrate teaching, terminal time visit, church patient food control, running therapy, medicine treatment and blood sugar of monitor etc.) to the interruption set, watch observation sufferer's blood sugar in the front and back of the interruption.The matched control doesn't make other interruptions, two sets of sufferers all with visit for a year
 .result：Pass the diabetic of carrying out the community nursing, consciousness that defends a disease is obvious to raise, through test, they answer back the correctness of diabetes pathologic knowledge and ego nursing and health care common sense mostly in above 75%, the blood sugar obviously descends, the complications incidence rate shows Zhao step - down and lives bad mode to obviously improve and make the shape of condition receive a good control.
 conclusion： carries on a nursing interruption to the diabetic life style. make the sufferer transform bad life style, contribute to the occurrence of the shape and step - down urgently chronic complications that defers diabetes.
