Title: 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction interventional therapy perioperative care

Methods
of this study was to collect my Section 2008.1~2009.1 cardiovascular hospital admitted 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction patients, all patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The control group were treated with PCI routine treatment and care methods, the experimental group were treated with clinical pathway approach to treatment and care that, according to PCI in patients with disease development of clinical care and the road map, from the responsibility of training through a unified nurses from admission to discharge full responsibility for planned, organization of the implementation of the treatment to patients and health guidance and care.
Results
Results Compared with control group, experimental group, the average number of hospitalization days and costs significantly reduced, patient satisfaction with nursing and health knowledge to master the rate increased significantly (all P <0.05).
Conclusion
The implementation of clinical path to PCI in patients with perioperative specification, high-quality, thoughtful, meticulous care, can improve clinical quality of care, improve health education, nursing skills, encourage active patient participation in treatment can shorten the average length of stay, to reduce medical costs, increase patient satisfaction, ease the relationship between health care workers and patients. And reduce the incidence of complications and promote the successful rehabilitation of the body, is an important guarantee for success of the operation.
