ABSTRACT: This text has introduce the principle of observing and controlling that the Single Chip Microcomputer protects, has carried on the designs of concrete hardware and software, aim at realizing the intellectual control and management of relay protection of the electric power system.
This system regards intelligent chip MCS-96 as the key processor on the hardware, the characterics of Analog to Digital Converter (A/D) and successive approximation Analog to Digital converter are analyzed. The paper has probed into the circuit front A/D, the interface between A/D and CPU. At last , the design of Data Acquisition System is compaleted. ..
System adopt many task operating system so as to ensure each PRI different tasks can the orderly execution in the order of priority on software design. Have guarantee the dependability and stability of the software, has met the real-time character demand for power system. The establishment of the software adopts the module programming method, every module is relatively independent, finish a certain specific function, easy to maintain and add the new function.
Finally , on MCS-96 one duplex SCI serial mouth and EPROM all that itself have , propose computer and communication method of PC, in order to solve the system and external communication problem , the automatic control and centralized management of the implementation system.
