Abstract: With fast development of modern science and technology and national economy, electric power quality have been paid more and more attention by all countries. It is very importance to enhance the electric power quality, but this work will be very hard, it is need giving full and systematic thought. In this thesis, Firstly, I introduce the situations of electric power system harmonics study home and abroad, the effect and harm of harmonics to the electric power system have been briefly discussed; The paper analyzes the concepts of harmonics、measure index and methods of mathematic analysis; Some theoretic and basic works of harmonic measurement have been done; Finally, the design and key technique of active (reactive) power filter are analyzed frequently.
First, generally retrospect and analyze the harmonic problem of electric power system and current study, discuss the measure index of harmonics、the principles and methods of harmonic analysis and measurement.
Secondly, a simple analysis of electric power harmonics is briefly discussed-------electric form.
Finally, make a full analysis to the equipment of harmonic prevention; analyze the step of design of harmonic filter, analyze and conceive the active power filter that will has a bright future.
