摘 要:本文从电力变压器的发展历史,综合我国变压器的发展简况,及目前我国变压器的制造水平,分析我国电力变压器与国外的差距及发展方向,对电力变压器的前景予以展望;对变压器的各部分进行理论分析,探究变压器如何实现低损耗、高效率、低噪音;同时针对10000/400V油浸式变压器进行理论分析,包括铁心方案和绕组方案设计以及电磁计算;由电压大小和工艺方法选择绕组方案;并进行温升计算、选择散热形式;以低成本设计出高性能的变压器;并绘制出各部分的工程图纸。

THE DESIGN OF 10000/400V IMMERDE TYPE POWER TRANSFORMER
ABSTRACT:This paper is from the development history of transformer, synthesized the approximate development and currently the manufacturing level of the transformer in our country, analyze the margin and development direction of transformer in our country and carry on theories analysis to each part. Then we begin to investigate how to carry out low- exhaust, high-efficient and low-noise to the transformer, and carry on the theories analysis to 10000/400v immerse type transformer which include the design of the iron heart project and winding project and the electromagnetism calculating. Finally, according to the electric voltage size and craft method, we choose the winding project, and carry on temperature ---increased calculation, choose the form of heat dissipation. With low cost design a transformer of high performance and draw the plotting of each engineering diagram part.
