Abstract: Along with technical development in electronics in electric power and its applied technical advances, single the super-speed development of a machine, make the direct current servo control control technique show remarkable advance . The mathematical model and dynamical diagrams of the Brushless DC Motor
(BLDC)are obtained,based on the analysis of the principle of BLDC. The closed-loopscheme of the BLDC is discussed and the BLDC Motor controller using PID isdesigned. To overcome the problems in the classical PID algorithm, the nonlinear integral PID algorithm is presented and applied in the design system. Combined to emphasize to introduce the servo system in direct current in tiny machine control calculate way study, it included the research to include the PID the control primarily with the misty control, and the Matlab imitation, imitate over the MATLAB, express the PID control still have the satisfied control result under the situation of the system parameter changes with faintness。
