Abstract
Frequency Control its excellent speed and start-stop performance, high efficiency, high power factor and energy-saving effect, a broad scope of application and many other advantages at home and abroad were recognized as the most promising of the governor, is the energy-saving, improve the process to improve product quality and improving the environment, promote technological progress as a major means.
Programmable process controller (PLC) for its complete functions, the combination of flexible, easy programming, high reliability, short and exploitation cycles widely used in industrial production and control in all areas. So, using the PLC as control system, it thereby greatly increases the stability, reliability and accuracy of the frequency control of the AC motor. At the same time, the touch-screen control system, as the man-machine interfaces, the real-time data, the system moves to carry out monitoring and adjustment, more intuitive and easy operation. This paper was designed based on Frequency Control of fatigue experimental device and used 3D SolidWorks software to draw installation of the system of three-dimensional map; Compiled ladder diagram by Mitsubishi PLC to achieve the system's various campaigns, such as continuous movement, reciprocating movement, Positive and; Finally made the touch-screen control of man-machine interface by the EasyBuilder.
