Abstract
At present, China's food grain is transported with packages for most of the way, compared with foreign mode of transport used in bulk grain, there are a lot of gaps and inadequtions, so the degree of automation is also low. Most of the parameters are set by manual input, no automatic-timing control, insulation monitoring function. This article is based on the design of the bulk grain transport, so that the port transport and storage of grain can meet the technological requirements of the bulk grain and improve the degree of automation system as a whole.
The design on the main of grain storage and transportation procession and storing state of grain monitoring. The Siemens CPU224 of S7-200 series is used as the controller of the food transport, which is supported by EM235 (4 Analog input / 1 analog output of the simulation module) extension module, mainly to complete the weighing of grain from warehouses and through its control of the belt to complete the operation of the grain and out of warehouses and through the RS-485 bus to achieve the PLC main controller and the host computer of data communications, the PC mainly transmit the control orders signal to the PLC, then PLC is operated by the internal procedures of certain operating functions. Grain monitoring in the course of this design is based on SCM AT89C51 which complete granary in the food temperature and humidity monitoring, MCU is a good real-time detection, small size and the advantage of cheaper prices through the SCM temperature and humidity testing system can also achieve temperature and humidity deplaying, the key board part of the design can complete the set of the parameters.
The design is stable, reliable, installation and operation is simple and convenient, and compared with traditional hand-packet mode of transport, it can improve the degree of automatic of the production equipment, at the same time improve the economic efficiency of the system.
