Abstract
This paper’s content is about nylon pot controlling system. It is controlling the storage’s temperature and liquid level parameter. It makes the nylon pot work on a stable environment. The paper adopts PLC as its controller. The temperature parameter gathers by temperature sensor. The liquid level parameter gathers by liquid level sensor. The system’s execute devise are two solenoid valve. One is stream solenoid valve. The other is feed-in solenoid valve. The stream solenoid valve is in order to control the system temperature. The feed-in solenoid valve is in order to control the system volume. While the stream solenoid valve opening. The stream is inputted to the nylon storage. Then the system temperature goes up. While the stream solenoid valve closing. The stream must not be inputted to the nylon storage. When the temperature sensor and the liquid level sensor gathered the corresponding data. Then the data processing by the PLC. The PLC output the order to the execute devise. The execute devise do something. Then the system is in a stable condition.
