ABSTRACT

As the rapid development of shenyang's Internet industry leads to the expansion of high-end talent demand, the competition for talents among enterprises is fierce, and the difficulty of talent management of enterprises is also increasing. Shenyang Internet companies, including shenyang gongxingda information technology co., LTD., face the same problem. This paper takes the demand and management of high-end talents in shenyang gongxingda as the research object and combines industry data to see the current situation of demand and management of high-end talents in shenyang Internet industry from a small perspective. The main contents are as follows:

The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the research background and purpose of this paper, and introduces the research methods and basic ideas. The second part analyzes the current situation of industry talent demand management from four aspects: the trend of enterprise talent demand, the value of talent management, the realization of theoretical value and the general situation of company talent. The third part puts forward the problems existing in the demand and management of high-end talents in gongxingda co., LTD., involving the supply and demand of talents, talent ability, employment environment, enterprise management and regional talent attraction, and mapping the industry problems accordingly.
