Employee training is an indispensable part of human resource management, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises which are relatively weak. However, in practice, some small and medium-sized enterprises often neglect the training work, resulting in the lack of talents, resulting in the company can not be a good growth. This paper takes changsha tongcheng department store as the specific research object. Through investigation and analysis, the training system of changsha tongcheng department store has problems such as lack of execution of training plan, lack of training resources, inappropriate training methods, inadequate evaluation of training effect and imperfect training supervision system. This paper puts forward some feasible solutions to the problems faced by changsha tongcheng department store.
