There is no doubt that the most important thing is talent in the 21 century.With the deepening of economic globalization, competition among enterprises has evolved in nature for the talent competition, talent is its lifeblood for enterprises, there must have be qualified people as supporting at all stages of business .The key to the success of enterprise is to recruit and to select suitable employees.Recruitment as a basic work of human resource management, it has a crucial effect to a reasonable forming of human resource management and development.However, enterprises are facing more and more challenges and difficult to get the best people, so rational and efficient recruitment is very important.
