Diversification strategy is an important part of the enterprise's overall strategy. The implementation of diversification strategy can maximize the diversification of business risks and make the enterprise's profitability more stable. At the same time, it can increase the market power of enterprises and produce economies of scope. In order to develop diversification strategy, the most important thing is to make effective use of enterprise resources. Only when the resources of an enterprise are used in a diversified strategic type that suits its its its characteristics, can it play a positive role and promote the effective development of the enterprise. This paper will take Guangdong MaSiKe New Building Material Co., Ltd. as a sample, from the perspective of resource theory, to study the impact of resource integration and optimal allocation on the diversification strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and find out the corresponding countermeasures and methods.
