建筑施工企业团队项目建设与管理研究

摘  要

团队在现代企业中的地位与作用越来越凸显，几乎成了将个体利益与整体利益相统一，从而实现组织高效率运作的理想工作状态的代名词。因此，要促进现代企业各项工作的健康发展，必定要注重依靠团队的力量，加强团队的建设。本文以宏达集团M建筑项目为研究对象，研究其施工团队建设与管理问题，从组织机构、任务目标、人力资源、绩效管理以及团队激励等方面诊断问题，并且提出完善其施工团队建设与管理的对策。

ABSTRACT

The position and role of the team in the modern enterprise has become more and more prominent, and it has become synonymous with the ideal working state of uniting the individual interests with the overall interests and realizing the efficient operation of the organization.
