The rapid development of China's Internet industry provides a good environment for the rise of e-commerce, and promotes the booming development of the emerging online payment market represented by the third-party payment market.
All along, payment is an important factor restricting the development of e-commerce in China. The emergence of the third-party payment platform provides a convenient, effective and safe way for the capital transfer between businesses and customers in the development of e-commerce, which effectively relieves the payment pressure faced by e-commerce in the development process. This paper first introduces the different development modes of the third-party payment platform, then analyzes the current situation of e-commerce and the third-party payment in China. At the same time, based on the current imperfect credit system and unclear policy environment and other constraints, this paper discusses the problems faced by the third-party payment platform in the development process, and on this basis, puts forward some views on the third-party payment risk analysis and control measures.
