Taking Zhuhai Gree Electric Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper studies whether female executives can promote the performance of corporate social responsibility, and discusses the relationship between female executives and corporate social responsibility. This paper selects Gree Electric 2014-2018 annual report and corporate social responsibility report for research. The conclusion shows that female executives can promote companies to fulfill their social responsibilities. To a certain extent, the differences of the demographic background characteristics (such as education background, age, social experience, values, life culture, etc.) related to the executives of the enterprise will have a significant impact on the social responsibility of the enterprise.
