创业板公司股利分配问题研究

创业板成立至今已有十年时间，在此期间在其上市的公司融资难的问题得以缓解。其中，创业板公司股利分配很大程度上决定了创业板能否稳健发展。通过收集和整理创业板成立以来的数据，本文分析了创业板是否分配股利，股利分配形式等股利分配现状，发现我国创业板公司股利分配存在以下问题：股利支付水平低、股利支付方式复杂、超能力派现依然存在以及不分配现金股利现象比较严重。为了解决这些问题，我国应该完善法律法规，稳定股利的分配数额、加大对创业板公司股利分配的监管以及改善企业内部管理机构。

abstract

It has been ten years since gem was founded, during which the financing difficulties of companies listed in gem have been alleviated. Among them, gem dividend distribution to a large extent determines whether gem can develop steadily. By collecting and sorting data since the establishment of the gem, the article analyzes the gem whether to pay dividends, dividend distribution form and present situation of dividend distribution, found the gem companies in China dividend distribution exist the following problems: low level of dividend payments and dividend payment complex, send now there is still a super ability, and don't pay cash dividends phenomenon is more serious. In order to solve these problems, China should perfect the laws and regulations, stabilize the dividend distribution amount, strengthen the supervision of dividend distribution of gem companies and improve the internal management of enterprises.
