In the process of enterprise management and development, inventory, as an important part of enterprise assets, occupies an absolutely important position in current assets, and is the basis for the smooth development and operation of enterprises. Inventory management is related to the normal operation of enterprises, and its management level directly affects the profits and development of enterprises. At present, many enterprises use less theory of inventory management, basically using traditional inventory management methods, the operational efficiency of inventory management is low, which affects the rapid development of enterprises. This paper mainly studies the existing problems and countermeasures of enterprise inventory management, and takes Yunnan Dali Erbao Industrial Co., Ltd as an example to carry on the concrete research. . Based on the analysis of the meaning and theory of inventory management, this paper investigates and analyzes the inventory management system, inventory turnover rate and cash realization ability, inventory management business process and inventory management personnel of Yunnan Dali Erbao Industrial Co., Ltd., and finds that the weak awareness of inventory management, the need to improve the management ability and the serious inventory backlog are the main problems in the current inventory management of Yunnan Dali Erbao Industrial Co., Ltd. On the basis of cause analysis, this paper draws up a perfect strategy from four aspects: inventory internal control system, inventory turnover management, inventory management business process and inventory management personnel.
