Abstract
In the modern processing and manufacturing,digital automatic control has been gradually replaced the traditional control method. while the MCU is wildly using.Using the MCU to control modern production has become the preferred method.The main issue is to study with CNC bending machine.In the course of the study,examined a number of the application of the sensor locations and problems and the solutions.Speed too fast or too slow will affect the quality of profiles,so that it would crack the surface .For this reason only high-precision detection of speed can get high-precision control system.Angle measurement is directly related to the quality of parts made.too large or too small will lead to fail phenomenon.In the previous basis,choosing MSC-51 to do the CNC system of the bending machine combined with its principle.By selecting the proper sensor,showing expansion chip 8279,ADC chip ADC0809,74LS273,decoder 74LS138,program memory 2764 and other components of NC system to complete hardware design and software design.
