Transmission Device and Control Circuit Design of Cooler
Abstract
This issue is to research the exit cooler of tin bath. The specific assignment is to design the drive mechanism and control circuit of the cooler, so the cooler can achieve effective function with a simple mechanical structure.
Firstly, this article carry through the analysis and compare of the main form of mechanical transmission and the characteristics, then according to chain drive have an accurate average of the transmission ratio, and suitable for the larger center distance between two parallel transmission shaft, small force tensioning role in the pressure of the smaller axis. The demand of processing of the sprocket tooth profile error and the geometric shape of the chain errors does not ask for much, suitable for high-speed occasions and such characteristics, so adopt chain drive for the form of the drive mechanism. The Transmission of exit cooler including reducing the assembly of motor, sprocket, chain, shaft and so on. The design of transmission is mainly used reducing motor to provide power, through the chain-driven to achieve rear-wheel drive to make the exit cooler go forward or backward. According to the way of the movement of the exit cooler, protection of the motor, safety of the transmission system, the corresponding control circuit system is needed. Control circuit is mainly designed for the output target of running of the motor moreover to enhance the additional protection, control components. The system takes the automatic and manual methods to control the driving and parking cooler, the distance is controlled by the limit switches which are setting on the cooler of the front and tail. The drive system has a simple structure, positioning accuracy, simple operation, easy maintenance features.
