Abstract
Automobile clutch's basic parameter mainly has coupling's performance parameter reserve coefficient β and in rubbing surface unit area pressure p0, size parameter friction disk outer diameter D and inside diameter d as well as the design parameter friction scolds to one's face Z and the coupling gap ∆t and so on, these parameter change immediate influence coupling's structure size and operating performance. This article uses the optimization design method to determine the best coupling basic parameter.
