The Design of Ultrasonic Detection Adaptive Platform of Metal Robs
Abstract
This paper introduces the design of ultrasonic detection adaptive platform of metal robs, the platform mainly achieves robs vertical lifting, in order to enable Robs enter three-jaw agency. The lifting travel of platform is 120mm,the maximum lifting capacity is 1T,the application of the robs diameter isφ28 ~φ200mm,the application of the robs length is 0.5 ~ 5m.The design is divided into two parts.One is the mechanical structure of ultrasonic detection adaptive platform of metal robs.The other is the design of platform pneumatic system.Chapters II and III introduce the main part of the mechanical structure design and its theoretical analysis and strength check calculation. Chapters IV introduces the design of pneumatic system and pneumatic components of the function of each note.Chapter V analyzes and studies the control of the pneumatic cylinder.
