大众途安车型电器开关的开发

 摘    要
 随着汽车工业在国民经济中越来越重要，汽车零部件制造业在未来几年内将迅速发展，在了解汽车行业后，开发汽车电器开关是有市场前景的。本文从三个阶段阐述企业开发大众途安车型电器开关：从前期分析风险，确定项目。再到设计成型，试验后,交样验收。最后批量生产。整一套体系的运作来完成电器开关的开发。通过运用autoCAD,UG三维软件完成零件造型，设计工装辅助生产。通过本文读者更好的了解到汽车电器开关的开发流程。

 The Development of Electric Switch of VW Tuan Models
Abstract
 Automobile industry is playing a more and more important roles in the national economy, The automobile component manufacturing will be getting the rapid development in  the next few years, After getting a better undertanding of the prospect of automobile industry. Allow me to introduce the development process of automobile electric switch from three stages, and expound how  to develop the electric switch of VW Tuan models:Firstly,analysing the risk in the early stage to confirm project.Then designing and modeling. Thirdly, deliverying sample and acceptance check after testing.At the end batch production. The development of electric switch. should be completed under the full set of system operation.Componont modelling, desinging Facility &Tooling and auxiliary production can be complished By using autoCAD, 3D software of UG.Through this paper readers can get a better understanding of the development process automobile electric switch.
