Abstract
With the development of society, tape is playing an increasingly important role in social production and life. However, its production in China is still in a backward stage. When we are working hard on a number of low quality coating and drying device, foreign countries are already had not only advanced technology and dry coating devices, but high speed, not only have in-depth research and invention but also put automatic control system, correction tape, transmission and automatic control and other aspects into production.
This paper is mainly studying the tape coating machine for tension control module. In order to stabilize production and continuous improvement of product quality, coating machine, tape tension and stability operations is necessary. Each piece of work in the tape tension is not the same requirements, such as the drying stage, hoping tension lower, to facilitate the rate of contraction of paper. In here I want to use tension detection device and automatic control system to ensure the stability of tape tension.
On the other hand, the design of the plant is mainly to transform the existing machines. China has thousands of old sets, if transform these devices, the capacity of existing equipment will greatly improve. it will also save a lot of money for the state and enterprises at the same time. And it will lay a good foundation for the future design of new coating machine.
According to the factory site visits, as well as domestic factories to use the existing coating machine equipment situation, there are two major drawbacks: First, open loop control; second, speed difficult to reach. The main drawback for the above, and the actual situation and the plant's economic efficiency and other factors, may get the initial development of tension module design. By the final comparison, get the most suitable option for the factory in China currently.
When the traction belt motor (winding Office) intermittent work, due to rise, slow down and move up and down roller storage tape movement direction and the vertical angle has changed, resulting in a more substantial change in belt tension. Therefore, when the drying chamber temperature is high, tapes are particularly vulnerable stretch. System uses closed loop control, feedback signals from the tension detecting device constitutes a closed-loop regulation. When the tension detection device will signal transmission to the central processing unit, through the logical processing, the signal transmission to the implementation of the device, forcing the cylinder up or down, so that the belt tension within the allowable range, to reach tension control.
